Pressure Casting
Die casting manufacturing can be used to produce metal castings with excellent mechanical properties, good surface finish and close dimensional accuracy.
Like other permanent mold methods, the mold needs to be able to open and close to remove the workpiece. Therefore, very complex casting geometries are limited.
Since the refractory tube is immersed in the molten material, the metal required for casting comes from below the surface. This metal has less exposure to the environment than the top material. The gas trapped in the metal and the oxidation effect are greatly reduced.
The higher installation cost makes pressure casting less efficient for small batch production, but its excellent productivity makes it suitable for mass production.
Our Services
We specialize in providing low-cost and fast turnaround services to international customers seeking low-cost and medium-volume product casting services. In addition to our core casting services, we also offer related machining and post-processing technologies to streamline your procurement process.
Testing:
Well-documented and auditable inspection procedures ensure high quality production standards.
Chemical analysis (SPECTROMETER) and mechanical property testing were performed by non-destructive testing, including liquid penetration testing. Other tests include salt spray testing, tensile strength, hardness testing, compression, and elongation testing.
The size inspection department is equipped with an altimeter, optical comparator and CMM.
