Material-Cast Aluminum Alloy-A380
A380 is one of the most commonly specified aluminum alloys with a number of significant benefits:
• It offers the best combination of casting, mechanical, and thermal properties
• It exhibits excellent fluidity, pressure tightness, and resistance to hot cracking
• It is used for a wide variety of products including chassis for electronic equipment, engine brackets, gearbox cases, household furniture, power, and hand tools
Advantages:
Aluminum has the ability to create lighter parts with more surface finishing options than other die cast alloys. Aluminum can also withstand the highest operating temperatures of all the die cast alloys. Moreover, cast aluminum is versatile, corrosion resistant; it retains high dimensional stability with thin walls, and can be used in almost any industry.

FAQ
1. Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We are a professional casting factory that only produces OEM and ODM products. We have been specialized in manufacturing and exporting casting products for over 14 years.
2. Can you provide samples?
Yes. Before mass production, we can send samples to you for confirmation.
3. What’s the process of customizing my own product?
Drawings, 3D files from customer → communication about details →Order confirmation → Mold design and making → Test and repairing mold → Making sample → Customer confirmation → casting → CNC machining → Surface treatment (optional) → Inspection → Packing → Delivery.
4. How long does it take to receive goods?
The production period depends on the product structure, quantity and other requirements. After communicating with you about the product, we will provide the delivery date in the quotation. Normally, the time to open mold is 15-25 days, and the mass production time is 7-20 days.
