We are a professional casting factory that only produces OEM and ODM products. We have been specialized in manufacturing and exporting casting products for over 15 years.
2. Do you sell ready-made product?
We’re sorry, we cannot sell this product directly to you. The above product only indicates that we have experience in producing such product, and the molds of all our products belong to the customer. If your company needs similar products, please provide drawings, 3D files or samples. Thank you for understanding.
3. How long does it take to receive goods?
The production period depends on the product structure, quantity and other requirements. After communicating with you about the product, we will provide the delivery date in the quotation. Normally, the time to open mold is 15-25 days, and the mass production time is 7-20 days.
4. How much does it cost to cast a part?
Actual part and tooling costs vary significantly based on size, complexity, and tolerances required. To get a price, please contact us.
5. What’s the process of customizing my own product?
Drawings, 3D files from customer → Order confirmation → Mold design and making → Test and repairing mold → Making sample → Customer confirmation → casting → CNC machining → Surface treatment (optional) → Inspection → Packing → Delivery.
6. Can you provide samples?
Yes. Before mass production, we can send samples to you for confirmation.
